The Avalon Story
It all started when we, the co-founders of Avalon, bought a car park. We needed a partner to manage payments, reduce misuse and help grow revenue, but quickly found most operators cared more about issuing tickets than supporting customers.
Frustrated by the lack of control and insight, we decided to do things differently. Using data, technology and marketing, we created a smarter approach built around one simple idea: treat drivers like customers.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
The Road to Avalon
Dec 2016: We unexpectedly bought our first car park through another venture.
July 2018: We suffered our first experience with a national car park operator.
Jan 2022: We were let down by another national car park operator.
May 2022: After struggling to find the right operator, we decided to take on the operations ourselves.
Nov 2022: Avalon parking was born and we took on our first client.
Feb 2023: Avalon launched its own payment platform.
Sept 2023: We were awarded the contract on our first NHS hospital.
Feb 2024: We moved into our first Avalon office.
Dec 2024: We hit a milestone of operating 100 car parks nationwide.
