Yes, we don't mind when you pay, as long as you paid for the amount of time you were in the car park. If the times on your ticket or receipt don't line up with the times of your entry or exit, that's okay, our systems will match up your payment to your vehicle.

Please let us know by getting in touch using the details below. Check other pay stations if available or pay using our fast and simple smartphone payment system - just scan one of the QR codes on the signs.

Don't panic! Avalon doesn't send out parking charges so you'll need to read the notice you received and follow the instructions on that. The parking charge will have instructions on how to pay, or appeal. If you think that it has been sent in error, the best thing to do is to appeal using the details on the letter you received. You'll be able to include any evidence and information. If the enforcement company need to check anything with us they will contact us for verification.

All our car parks allow a reasonable period for drivers to find a space, check the signage and make a payment, or decide that you don't wish to stay and to exit. The amount of time varies according to the size and complexity of the car park.

Many of our car parks have the option to save money by purchasing a monthly saver pass. You'll find whether this is an option at your car park by scanning the QR code on one of the signs. Saver passes will automatically renew, but you can cancel the renewal at anytime by contacting us.
