A bustling retail park spanning 230,000 sq ft with 800 parking spaces needed a smarter solution to ensure fair access for genuine shoppers and optimise parking for 16 national retailers including Currys, Halfords, McDonalds and Starbucks. Implementing ANPR & Clear SignageWe installed an ANPR camera system and clear signage across the site to ensure only authorised vehicles parked in the correct spaces. This gave better control and reduced parking abuse.
Vehicle Management SystemTo streamline parking management, we introduced our user-friendly cloud-based Vehicle Management System. Store managers were trained to use the system, allowing them to keep vehicle registrations up to date without needing to contact Avalon directly. This removed unnecessary admin and kept everything running smoothly.
Streamlined Access for RetailersEach retailer was given access to the system with a master username and password, plus the ability to delegate responsibilities to other staff via self-service user IDs. This made parking management more flexible and easy to control.
Real-Time Data InsightsThe site owner and managing agent gained access to valuable parking data, including:

Repeat visitor frequency
